ASIA: The Great Collaborate Conference
Join ASIA for our annual educational conference by stepping back into the Roaring Twenties, where Arkansas's Self Insurers community comes together for an unforgettable exchange of ideas, innovation, and insight.
Inspired by the spirit of The Great Gatsby, this year's conference celebrates collaboration, connection and forward-thinking solutions because the future of self-insurance isn't built alone.
We will have expert speakers to provide engaging educational sessions and meaningful networking opportunities. Attendees will explore today's challenges while shaping tomorrow's success. We will be offering adjuster, producer, legal, and CCM CEU credits for attendance. Agenda will be released soon.

Members: $1000 and includes 2 Attendees
Non-Members: $1300 and includes 2 Attendees
• I will send out the layout of the exhibit options for you to request once available I will go in the order of received.
• Theme this year is ‘The Great Collaborate. Dust off your best 1920's flair and prepare for a conference filled with bold conversations, shared expertise, and a little vintage glamour. Attendees will be voting on the best decorated booth.
• The winner will receive a free exhibitor booth at the 2027 conference. Exhibitor Registration comes with 2 attendees. Be sure to add both contacts to your registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Other than an inability to hold the event due to government regulation, epidemic, or act of God outside of the control of the Arkansas Self-Insurers’ Association:
• If you cancel 91 days or more before 4/07/26, you may receive 100% refund of your registration fee.
• If you cancel 61-90 days before 4/07/26, you may receive 50% refund of your registration fee.
• If you cancel 31-60 days before 4/07/26, you may receive 25% refund of your registration fee.
• If you cancel 30 days or less before 4/07/26, you will not receive a refund of your registration fee.
If it is impossible to hold the event due to government regulation, epidemic, or act of God which are outside of the control of the Arkansas Self-Insurers’ Association, the Arkansas Self-Insurers’ Association will be entitled to 100% refund of the registration fee regardless of the time of the cancellation
