CANCELLATION POLICY:Other than an inability to hold the event due to government regulation, epidemic, or act of God outside of the control of the Arkansas Self-Insurers’ Association:

• If you cancel 91 days or more before 3/30/2023, you may receive 100% refund of your registration fee.
• If you cancel 61-90 days before 3/30/2023, you may receive 50% refund of your registration fee.
• If you cancel 31-60 days before 3/30/2023, you may receive 25% refund of your registration fee.
• If you cancel 30 days or less before 3/30/2023, you will not receive a refund of your registration fee.

If it is impossible to hold the event due to government regulation, epidemic, or act of God which are outside of the control of the Arkansas Self-Insurers’ Association, the Arkansas Self-Insurers’ Association will be entitled to 100% refund of the registration fee regardless of the time of the cancellation
